I don't think it has particularly changed much. Considering the event that happened, Haruki has pretty much chosen his path. He knows that Kazuki will eventually break free from his control and (lol) get hurt or killed and possibly one day, he won't come back! Which is why he confided in Ruka not to let Haruki go to BNA. Now he's currently working towards how he can ~destroy the world~.

bb this is just a relationship meme.

BUT. Kingcest is something Haruki isn't... interested in. If he needed to use it, he would, but it has to meet an end he wants. And sex is not something he's confident in, though he could master it in time, but it has to be natural... and well, Haruki isn't very natural with physical intimacy. Generally, in his opinion, it's a low kind of technique to use and one he won't resort to unless he had no other options left. He rather see how Kazuki's feelings develop and should it go in that avenue, then he'll drop hints of his own to show interest, but that's most it.

As for hot or not, Haruki still needs hormones. But he loves Kazuki deeply so I WOULD SAY THAT RATES YOU AS HOTTER THAN ANYONE ELSE.
