I covered camp above. On Zex, he doesn't have a very strong opinion of him yet other than Zex is... really chirpy and generous! And while Kirk doesn't harbour any distrustful feelings towards that perkiness, he's still being careful. But he thinks Zex is pretty cool so far.

NOT GETTING RULED SUCKS but hey, at least he scored something out of Bones for it.

He's really counting on the time displacement, but really he doesn't like that everyone is like "it's okay!! we're stuck, we have to deal!!" he hates that kind of attitude. Sure, camp is a cool place and he can keep himself occupied, but he hates just taking an answer and leaving it like that. It's not him.
